I trained as a medical professional at the University of Los Andes, in Mérida, Venezuela, where I graduated in 2000.

In 2001, I entered the General Surgery postgraduate program at the Domingo Luciani Hospital in Caracas, Venezuela, and just at the end, I entered the Vargas Hospital in Caracas to obtain the specialization in Reconstructive, Aesthetic and Maxillofacial Plastic Surgery, in December 2007.

Over the years, I perfected my skills through courses and attendance at updating events, until in 2014 I was presented with the valuable opportunity to do a fellowship at the Sirio-Libanés Hospital in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, where I I specialized in reconstructive breast surgery.

That same year I was invited to an observership at Memorial Hospital in New York, United States, where I continued my training in reconstructive breast surgery. I also have training in high definition liposculpture, endorsed by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).

I am a member of the Venezuelan Society of Reconstructive, Aesthetic and Maxillofacial Plastic Surgery (SVCPREM), of the Ibero-Latin American Federation of Plastic Surgery (FILACP), of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS),   the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the Venezuelan Society of Mastology (SVMASTOLOGIA) , I keep updated permanently.
